Notice of AGM
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the NetNZ Charitable Trust and NetNZ Limited will be held at 4.00 pm on Thursday, 25 June 2020. This AGM is an online meeting will be held using Google Hangout Meet. Please email the board chair with your attendance.
Call for Remits
I hereby call for remits to be considered by the AGM. All remits need to be received by the NetNZ Administrator, sent either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to 30 Leckhampton Court, Dunedin, to arrive by 5pm on Wednesday 10 June 2020. This is in order for remits to be listed as items of business in the notice of the agenda, which must be sent to all members by Friday, 12 June 2019.
Call for Candidates for Election Trustee/Director
Constitutionally one of the elected Board Trustee/Directors stands down from their position annually (but may offer themselves for re-election). There therefore will be an election in conjunction with the AGM to fill one (1) vacancy amongst the elected Trustees/Directors. This year’s vacancy is for the Trustee/Director representing School Leadership of NetNZ member schools. To nominate a candidate use this online form. Please this position will be carried out online the week prior to the AGM, with the successful candidate declared at the AGM.
