NetNZ is happy to welcome Sue Kim onto the Executive team. Sue takes over from Philippa Mallinson as Executive Leader, Teaching Support and Development.

Sue has been teaching our Korean pathway for a number of years and has managed to almost single handedly develop the only national pathway for Korean learning in New Zealand. She is a highly accomplished teacher who embraces our key principles of whanaungatanga, manaakitanga and community building.

My name is Sue Kim, I have been teaching for 20 years. I specialise in Korean, Japanese, and Digital Technology, and I am currently studying Maori and Chinese. My main passion is to teach and learn the history of the future. I am originally from Busan, Korea, but have been living in New Zealand since 1996. My interests? I have lots of experience in Martial Arts. Such as Kung Fu, Tae-Kwon-Do, and currently training in Karate on a regular basis as well as competing, judging and refereeing at National competitions. Also love tramping, walking, and running.

We look forward to Sue continuing to make an impact over this year and beyond.
